Tai Chi Level 2 – Tai Chi 12

Tai Chi level 2 has 12 forms of Tai Chi, last for 4 minutes.  It is also called Tai Chi 12.  Tai Chi level 2 has 6 new forms, and some form you have learnt from Tai Chi 6.  This allows student to review what they have achieved in level 1 and learn further 6 new forms.  Tai Chi 12 is still a method of foundation training.  It includes Gongfa exercise, meditation skills.  Students who have completed Tai Chi level 1 are suggested to start Tai Chi level 2.   Tai Chi level 2 contains three sections.
